Meet Reed Weiss
My name is Reed Weiss, and I'm the founder of Bespora Tours. Born and raised in New Jersey in March 2002, I've always known a traditional path wasn't meant for me. From school, to different jobs, I just couldn't thrive in life with a structure like that. That need for more in life is what led me to my first trip to Europe.
From that point on, I knew what I loved to do and what I wanted out of life: to see the world.

Over the past couple of years I've traveled extensively, throughout Europe, immersing myself in different cultures and discovering not just where to go, but what truly makes each destination special. My time living in Italy for the majority of 2025 allowed me to build meaningful connections and bring my vision to life. With Tuscany becoming my signature experience.
I started this company out of a genuine passion for travel and a desire to show others the world — from iconic destinations to hidden gems — and I'm continuing to grow Bespora Tours with plans to expand beyond Europe and curate even more unforgettable experiences.
